Understanding the information in a RADARSAT .L metadata file
Submitted by Val on Mon, 08/15/2005 - 05:56
Is there a web page at ASF that breaks down what the different values within a RADARSAT .L file represent? There used to be, but the website has completely changed, and I've forgotten what each of the numbers (etc.) represents.
Many thanks for any help -
Val

#1 Understanding the information in a RADARSAT .L metadata file
Hi Val,
Sorry that took so long to reply but we were having problems with our forum which we just fixed. You are right about the website being revamped and the naming scheme is all numerical. The webpage that you are looking for is at http://www.asf.alaska.edu/6_3_2.html . Again so this post came late and I hope that it helps.

Dear Charley,
Thanks for the pointer. I had actually seen that web page, but had missed the link to the page on "Products' CEOS Specifications." The resulting PDF files for each section of the leader file that come up are hard to read, but I will print them out.
Thanks for your help, I appreciate it.
