Cannot open Radarsat (SGF) in MapReady

Hello,
I would like to use MapReady to perform orthorectification on Radarsat imagery (with processing level SGF). I tried several times to open the imagery with MapReady, it was not successful and the software shut down immediately. What will be the possible problem?

I will need some more information about this. Could you send me (rgens@alaska.edu) the log file with the error message? I would be helpful to know which ground station you got your data from.
