ASF Event2011 CEOS SAR Calibration and Validation Workshop

ASF hosted the annual CEOS Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR) Calibration and Validation Workshop November 7-9, 2011 in Fairbanks, Alaska at the Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge. The workshop was an annual event to discuss calibration methods, sites and issues for current and future missions. Members from the space agencies with operational SAR missions presented updates on the status and quality of their missions. The group discussed new standards for future missions to keep pace with technology and the needs of the scientific community.
